Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving the item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or properly processed.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also excluded. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Returning the received item is the quickest way to get the desired item. If the return is accepted, the new item can be purchased in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, if the goods were shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
